Following project Porthole, the mammoth task of fully integrating the majority of the back office systems into the RNLI Intranet for  about 19000 users, M-Corp was appointed to provide a Content Management System for www.rnli.org.uk

Installing Continuity as the heart of the system, M-Corp has facilitated an approval workflow to enable RNLI marketing and a variety of other divisions, to control content on a day by day basis, without having to source Agency help and as importantly, without any concern that the changes will affect the brand integrity of the site.

The RNLI is a registered charity that saves lives at sea. It provides, on call, the 24-hour service necessary to cover search and rescue requirements to 50 miles out from the coast of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, from 237 stations, and a beach lifeguards service on 43 beaches in the south west of England. The RNLI depends entirely on voluntary contributions and legacies for its income.
